Positive: Breakfast was very good, for a decent price. We did not have lunch or diner, but I can imagine it being very nice as well. The small shop they have downstairs is convenient. The young lady handling our checkout was very warm and friendly.. Negative: We feel like there could be more attention to detail. One of the towels was heavily stained. Found a used tissue behind the nightstand. Extremely noisy rooms. No fan in the room although this room type was listed as having one. Sleeping with the windows open wasn't a great alternative, as the church bells kept on ringing at night. We found the place on google. We arrived around 3pm and were glad that the openings hours of the kitchen matched with what google indicated us (unlike other places in the surrounding).

It was a full experience. We had 3 courses plus a little present from the chef (a pre dish made of chickpeas). The cook explained us well what dishes we could choose from and overall we felt very welcome. The dishes came fast and were pretty delicious. The price performance ratio was the best we had in Spain. I visited this place and thought it really special. It’s the shop, post office, tourist information, bar, restaurant and hotel. The owner was really lovely any the food superb. I feel it would be a great place to base yourself for some walking and cycling. Be warned Olba is out of the way but that’s what I loved about the place.
