I arrived 12:10 and asked for a menu and a cola. I had wanted a salad. 12:15 the menu was tossed onto my table. 12:45 someone finally came to take my order. Only bocadillos and sandwich on the menu. Bocadillos was a bit dry but was ok. Then another family turned up and ordered salad and food. I asked what time proper food was served and was told 12:30. So as my order wasn't taken until 12:45 I could have had a proper meal without wheat. The water was lovely. But service not great. Arrived on a beautiful sunny day after a long walk to meet friends who were already waiting for us, only to be told I couldn't have something to drink because I had my 4 impeccably well behaved dogs with me. I offered to sit away from other people at a table in the shade, but was told no.Despite many other tables having dogs with them (who were barking and yapping) I have visited several times as a part of a large dog walking group, we were 15 dogs with their owners at one time. Great place for a refreshing swim, but take beach shoes that are non slip as the steps/stones getting in can be very slippery! Water is colder than the sea, so be prepared, it’s a natural spring water. The chiringuito has a good menu (see pictures) and the meats are prepared on a BBQ, very tasty! My favorite is the half chicken, very moist… they also serve Turia beer on tap.
