La Deu Restaurant — Restaurant in Olot

Llegamos con reserva un sábado y aunque llegamos un poco antes nos dieron mesa...bien. Tomamos lugar y elegimos la bebida y luego menú de primero brandada y patatas la Deu.. y de segundo a tronco de bacalao porque el lenguado del menú ya se les había acabado y pulpo. De postre una tarrina de chocolate y otra de queso... Todo delicioso y muy bueno. El problema fue el servicio, muy descoordinado, nos trajeron el primer plato sin antes habernos puesto la bebida un vino blanco y agua cosa que nos incomodó un poco. Cuando lo avisamos nos trajeran solo el agua del vino ni se acordaron ... otro despiste. Cuando terminamos tras los cafés pedimos la cuenta que nunca llegaba. El sitio es muy bonito el restaurante es grandísimo y acogedor, las instalaciones muy preparadas, pero la organización fue un poco caótica. Creo que es cuestión del jefe de sala poner un poco de orden. Doy 4 estrellas por este motivo de lo contrario daría a las 5 porque todo estaba delicioso y correcto.

We took place and chose the drink and then a menu of first brandade and potatoes from Olot .. and secondly a trunk of cod because the sole on the menu had already run out and octopus. For dessert, a tub of chocolate and another of cheese ... All delicious and very good. The problem was the service, very uncoordinated, they brought us the first course without first having a white wine and water drink, which made us a bit uncomfortable. When we notified it, they would bring us only the water from the wine, nor did they remember ... another mistake. When we finished after the coffees we asked for the bill that never came.

The place is very beautiful, the restaurant is great and cozy, the facilities are very well prepared, but the organization was a bit chaotic. I think it's up to the head of the room to put some order. I give 4 stars for this reason otherwise I would give 5 because everything was delicious...

ESPAI: el lloc es grandíssim, desenes de taules repartides en diferents pisos i ambients. Havíem fet reserva d'hora (13h30) i en arribar, tot i que a aquelles hores el restaurant no estava ni a mig aforament, ens van voler posar en un lloc sense llum natural tancat per un biombo molt lleig. No va colar i ens van posar en un lloc millor, en el que estar, vam estar bé.

MENJAR: menú i carta. El menú només tenia un plat de peix, tot carn. Això son pistes... però jo volia arròs perquè el dia anterior havíem menjat molta carn, així que el vaig buscar a la carta. Hi havia un mixt i un de peix. Llavors va aparèixer la cap de sala i em va oferir el fora de carta amb un arròs de llagosta. Vaig pensar que seria millor opció (i fer, feia bona pinta quan el van portar, mireu foto). , però quina decepció més gran!! salat, sec i sense substància, no vaig menjar ni tres cullerades.

SERVEI: A l'hora de recollir els plats s'atansa un altre cop la cap de sala i en veure que no havia menjat res de l'arròs, em pregunta, "no li ha agradat?". "Em sap greu però no m'ha agradat gens, està salat, sec i sense substància" li vaig dir educat; potser massa i tot. I quina va ser la meva sorpresa perquè la seva resposta va ser SILENCI. Simplement va recollir el plat sense dir RES. En un lloc amb tracte professional un mínim "em sap greu" i no posar-lo al compte haguessin estat les solucions, però a LA DEU res de tot això va passar. Caixa i a pel proper incaut. Mai més tornaré, obviament. Per a mi només això és per puntuar ZERO.

€€€€: Adjunto el compte. A més a més de tot l'exposat, és caríssim. 3 adults i una nena, i un dels adults compartint primer amb la nena: 50 € per barba, comptant que jo no vaig provar el l'arròs... un...

Very easy to book a table, we chose a table to in the terrace.

Although the weather was not nice (thunderstorms and rain) we were very comfortable there. Calm environment, allowing for friends conversation.

We opted for the menu for the adults and kids menu for the kids. Everything was delicious and a lot of food!

Of course, we did tried “patatas de Olot”. Nhãm! 😋

Service was fast and everyone very kind and providing great customer service.
