My wife is Catalan so we spend a lot of time in Barcelona. This is one of the best local restaurants in Palau and also worth a visit if you want to try a typical family run farm style restaurant. You won’t find any tourists here as it is very much a village restaurant. It’s always full so a reservation is essential.

The meats are super fresh and all very simply grilled over a bbq. Be sure to get the toasted bread and rub with garlic, tomato, olive oil and then baste with aoli. The asparagus, grilled over the BBQ, is amazing with homemade Romesco sauce, as are the grilled artichokes. One of the best meats I find are the lamb chops. Amazing restaurant it is one of the most traditional ones and you won’t regret, it is always full I came twice now. Everytime I go to Barcelona this is a must, very traditional style restaurant. The food is extremely good and tasty all products have an amazing quality and good portions. The service it is not so pleasant but it is understandable as they are always full. This is a 10/10 because we always leave really satisfied and the prices are cheap compared to the quality. Will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.
