Buga Ramen Palma — Restaurant in Palma

We visited this restaurant last night with friends and overall, the experience was decent. The place is beautiful, with well thought out lighting and vibrant colors that create a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The décor evokes Tokyo, making it an enjoyable spot for an evening out. The food was good, not outstanding, but still enjoyable. However, the main downside was the extremely fast service. We were not informed that we would have only an hour and a half, and as soon as we sat down, we were immediately asked for our drink orders. The pace of the dinner felt rushed, and right after finishing our dessert, we were practically “encouraged” to leave, with no time to enjoy the evening. When you go out to dinner, it’s not just about eating but also spending time together. For this reason, the rapid service negatively impacted our evening. I’m giving 3 stars because, while the place is beautiful and the food decent, the excessive speed somewhat spoiled the experience. The food was average, not amazing but definitely not bad. We had to wait 30 minutes outside because we didn’t have a reservation but the phone line to make a reservation was down for the day so we weren’t able to contact them. When we got inside it was extremely loud and quite cold but it could be just where we were placed. The gyozas were very good and the ramen was mediocre. We found a piece of plastic in the ramen while eating.
