We had heard about the Singular burger at the Hundred claiming the prize for the best burger in the world as ranked by The World's Best Burgers (sounds official enough ...). It's certainly in my personal top 10. Great brioche bun, well toasted, quality bacon; and very tasty and thick beef patty. El queso no tenia sabor, literalmente lo he intentado probar por separado para ver si sabía a algo pero no, imagino que el queso cheddars en los 8 meses de maduración se dejó el sabor por el camino. el bacon un poco más de lo mismo, se notaba algo más en boca pero ninguna locura y era más por la salsa estilo barbacoa que llevaba que por el propio sabor de la carne. Se supone que la hamburguesa llevaba una salsa si mal no recuerdo, pero bueno, tampoco es que tuviera una auténtica relevancia, pues tampoco había mucho, pues lo único que simulaba una ligera salsa era un pegote blanco casi invisible al final de la hamburguesa que compartía habitáculo con dos tristes pepinillos que no sabían muy bien que hacían ahí, me comí uno por separado pero hasta el triste pedazo de pepino no tenia mucho que aportar, por el resto una carne decente, pero que al igual que el resto de la hamburguesa no destaca por su sabor, el pan tierno la hacía muy fácil de come. No es un problema de cocina pues la hamburguesa estaba bien hecha, pero los ingredientes, sin excepción alguno eran bastante deprimentes, tanto así que el misero sobre de kepchup que ni siquiera me gusta ha sido necesario para poder saborear algo más, ya que las patatas, aunque buenas, estaban un poco saladas para mi gusto para ser de boniato pero muy bien presentas. He ido a comer más veces aquí pues me pilla relativamente cerca y de normal las hamburguesas las he disfrutado mucho, pero la verdad, hoy esperaba disfrutar de una buena hamburguesa y al final me he ido con el sabor de un sobre de ketchup, pues de la hamburguesa poco había que saborear, en resolutiva: hamburguesa bien cocinada pero sin sabor espero que cambies los ingredientes o los pongáis más frescos a algunos que al menos se...

Great burgers: from the brioche bread, the aged beef, to the condiments. The SINGULAR burger is quite simple, yet simply the best in the world! Many of the other burgerste very innovative and well worth trying. But SINGULAR is still the best. And do try the Hundred IPA with the burger. It is great!
