I often say that a restaurant can be judged on the quality of its bread and chips. They may seem basic and not an essential part of the main story - but they are truly are because they show that the owners have given attention to detail. Not only was the bread super and chips hot, crispy, and fresh (not from a freezer bag), but the whole meal at Sonando was an absolute delight. At last - a restaurant where the owners have put thought into the decor. It is a bit New Orleans quirky - with (hurrah) comfortable seats, not those ghastly wooden or plastic eyesores that you can't wait to vacate. (I appreciate why they are on outside terraces, I am talking about inside furniture.) It is 'meaty menú' but there are plenty of options for those who, like me, do not eat steak, red meat, entrails or squid. Fish and chips are available, but they are not on the printed menu and have to be asked for. The portions are generous. I probably would not order a starter next time because I could hardly move until the next morning! None of us could fault our meals, the service was excellent, both the owner Neo and the waiter were charming, and the music was better than the usual crackling radio or wailing cover CD in the background. There is a buffet and live music on Thursday nights and I would think booking is essential. Next time, we would reserve a cubicle, but they are really only big enough for four. There is outside seating but not much of a view, if that is a requirement. But on the whole, Sonando ticked all the boxes of we four highly seasoned lunch aficionados and we look forward to a...

Title: A Magical Mexican Dining Experience

Nestled in a picturesque setting, this Mexican-style restaurant is a true gem. From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a world of enchantment. The decor is almost magical, with every detail tastefully crafted to captivate your senses.

The restaurant boasts spacious terraces offering breathtaking views, making it the perfect spot for a memorable dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the food. The appetizers and tacos are exquisite, bursting with flavor and presented with artistic flair. But the real sin-inducing delight comes with the desserts. The brownie with ice cream is a heavenly treat for your taste buds, leaving you craving for more.

And let's not forget about the cocktails. With such an extensive selection, choosing just one can be a challenge. Each concoction is expertly crafted, promising to tantalize your palate in every sip.

In conclusion, this restaurant is not just a place to dine; it's an experience to cherish. From its magical ambiance to its delectable cuisine, every moment spent here is truly unforgettable.I'll definitely be returning frequently to explore more flavors and joyfully spend...

The two most important things to me are outstanding service, and the quality/freshness of the food. This lovely restaurant has them both, and so much more. I cannot wait to visit again and am looking forward to their buffet on Thursday’s.

If you’re reading the reviews to help you decide, put your phone down, take the lovely drive to this pristine location and have an incredibly crafted and exquisite tasting meal. Don’t forget to bring your friends. You can’t keep this place all to yourself!

The staff is extremely professional, caring and very friendly. They will treat you like you are the only person...

Highly recommend this place, amazing food very authentic, we were in Mexico in February and this food was just as good if not better! The only thing they forgot was some chips (patatas fritas) we ordered extra, however considering the portions were so good and it was so tasty we didn't care and were very happy with the meal. Highly recommend the birria tacos, so so tasty. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Will definitely be coming back when we're next in Pedreguer. Carlos the cabeza, who is the lesson for not paying was a brilliant and hilarious touch to finish the meal on.
