August 24' Visit with Family. 3 meals very average and 1 inedible. Burger very cheap variety which would be akin to a low quality supermarkets frozen range, served with a handful of Fries. 2 x Pizzas, again quite average and wouldn't look out of place in a chiller isle of another low cost supermarket. Ribs- This was tougher than SAS selection, totally and utterly inedible. Advised waiter who then brought out presumably the owner/chef who proceeded to talk at a million miles an hour saying ribs were grilled, they no doubt where after a few mins defrosting. Zero taste and I fear if I'd have carried on attempting to bite off the morsels off "meat" I'd have needed to access my holiday insurance and found the services of a good dentist. When asked to remove from bill, owner got very animated and somewhat argumentative, explaining in 100mph Spanish some ribs tender some less so. My retort was some ribs perfecto, and pointing to the plate, some CRAP. By not removing the item from the bill, the owner lost 8 puddings as we were with another group of 4 and another round of drinks for 8. I can only hope my review is like a canary in a coal mine and saves others having the terrible experience of using this place. By a distance the worst meal/experience of our entire trip. Read moreI stopped by this place after hearing some buzz about it, and it was a mixed bag. The atmosphere was cozy, with warm lighting and a nice setup that made it feel inviting. Our server was friendly and checked in often, which I appreciated. The menu had a decent variety, and the dishes looked appetizing when they arrived. However, the food itself was just okay nothing stood out as particularly memorable. The flavors were fine but didn’t quite hit the mark for what I was expecting. Read moreI was enduring a rather average meal on the terrace when a gentleman on the table next to me seemed to be confronting the waiter/owner/chef re the cooking (or non coooking) of his ribs, the vocabulary used was exceedingly entertaining (which was the best part of our dining experience) when he went to pay, I jumped up and followed him to listen to the payment conversation, he didn't let me down, as when they didn't reduce his bill, he immediately booed them, as I say we had a very average meal but wonderful...
