This is the best restaurant in the area. The food is amazing. The staff (and owner) are excellent and fun. The atmosphere is wonderful. We came here for a blind food and wine tasting. For medical reasons I could not eat some foods or drink alcohol - so they amended a couple of the courses (of 7) so I could eat them and gave me nonalcoholic cocktails for me to deconstruct. Visited Cantuoso to celebrate the birthday of a friend. The views were spectaular as the hotèl is set high in the mountains overlooking Lake Viñuela and the surrounding valley.
