We heard about Terragust on social media and thought we would detour from the Formula 1 to check it out. The concept - fantastic but ideas is one thing; this place executed it so well. Our dutch host was an absolute fire cracker! We LOVED watching her entertained the guest in like 10 different languages.
When you get to the location, there is someone there to receive you, we came in a scooter - still felt premium though. The setting I unique and super intimate which is lovely. The table settings simple and lovely.
The service was very very good I have to say that the woman we perfect. They executed well, they were the beating heart of the service: warm, lovely, welcoming and just phenomenal people. Jose tried very hard but he was a little lost.. it was not great but the woman were just exceptional and I cannot take any points away for that.
The food is light, I can't think of this going any other way. If it was heavy I don't think I can recommend it but they pulled off something quite spectacular the day I attended.
Overall / worth a detour. Exceptional.
Many thanks -...
Read moreThis is such a great and unexpected spot. We’ve spent summers 10 minutes away for years and I think recently they opened the farm into the restaurant. The farm has giant greenhouses of fresh strawberries, tomatoes and other veg which is all served in the restaurant or available from the farm shop. We went for lunch and had the courgette carpaccio, chicken croquettes, courgette railed and the wagyu burger. Everything was so fresh and well put together with delicate but interesting flavours. We loved the wine so much that we picked up four bottles in the shop as well as eggs and fresh tomatoes. If you’re interested in really tasting the freshness of Mallorca, this is a place you must visit. They do two slots for lunch, 12 and 2:30 I believe. I would recommend to book in advance to save...
Read moreWe enjoyed the lovely al fresco set up, dining at their Vineyard with live acoustic in the background. We liked the overall concept, however execution could be improved. There was a lean team of crew attending to a huge number of tables and guests; serving time took much longer than desired for a four-course tasting menu, lasting almost three hours. In terms of food, we found the salad and the mains quite underwhelming (this was not a bad food experience, it just did not meet our expectation for the price we paid). On the one hand we recognise the quality of local ingredients top notch and wines exceptional. Overall this was a unique experience still worth considering trying at least once while...
