We booked a table for 3 people as we were looking forward to trying the paella there because of all good reviews. We had an incident with the car where we didn't have any signal. We called them a few min later we have the booking to apologise and explained the situation. We asked if we could pass by to at least get the paella to take away and they told us that it wasn't possible as the kitchen was closed.

Our surprise is that after 3 days, we got a message where they charged us 20€ per person ( total of 60€) for not showing up. We tried to contacted them via mail and phone as we had called and tried all avenues but we have not got any answer. 20€ is even more than a paella plate and we even called to see if we could take away the paella if it was made already ( obviously it wasn't ).

We were willing to go again even if they had charged us a little bit but after this crazy charge and lack of answers, we are very disappointed. The worse is that it is impossible to get an answer by mail & reach out over the phone so we could not even review the...

So disappointed. After reading the glowing reviews, we expected one of the best paellas ever — but instead, both paellas we ordered were almost inedibly salty. The flavor was completely overpowered, making the dishes unpleasant to eat.

We appreciated being invited to the back to see how the paella was prepared, but the extremely strong seafood smell throughout the restaurant was overwhelming. Seafood should be enjoyed on the plate, not lingering in the entire space.

The waiter was polite and offered one coffee on the house to compensate for the salty food, but honestly, it didn’t make up for the experience. Service also felt rushed as closing time approached. Desserts were decent but overpriced, especially considering the overall atmosphere. Prices in general felt far too high for the quality delivered.

Rather than a charming village gem, this place seems to be running on the reputation of old rave reviews, catering mostly to unsuspecting tourists. Unfortunately, the food and experience didn’t live up to the hype. I would not...
