Arrived at Los Pacheco Gastrobar where we sat outside. We ordered drinks and then waited for menus. The young lady asked if we would like english menus and later brought them to the table. Other people arrived after us and were soon served with their choice of food. As soon as we finished our drinks I decided enough was enough and left leaving the money on the table for the drinks. It made us feel like we were not as important enough as the locals so we won't be spending our money there. If the owner takes time to read this then him or her can make arrangements to have there staff sent for more customer relations training,...

DISSAPOINTED LUNCH
¡NUNCA MÁS EL PERSONAL, EL BISTEC Y LA SATISFACCIÓN DEL CLIENTE!
El domingo pasado, 8 de septiembre, llegamos al Gastrobar Los Pacheco y disfrutamos de una deliciosa ensalada para el almuerzo, lo que nos dejó decididos a volver. El domingo 15 de septiembre.
El filete de carne de res a punto fue mi elección, pero con más del 50 % de grasa y difícil de cortar, sin duda un gran error. Como no quería quejarme, me esforcé, pero fue realmente decepcionante, lo que me llevó a quejarme con un miembro del personal para poder explicar mi insatisfacción con su BISTEC. Los miembros del personal respondieron levantando los hombros, no estaban interesados, no les molestaba mi queja, obviamente, a esta altura, ¡podía ver que simplemente no les importaba! ¡NO se esperaba de un Gastrobar de su reputación! (MALA SATISFACCIÓN DEL CLIENTE) ¡Comida decepcionante y tampoco barata 2024
POOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!
Last Sunday 7th Sept we came acress the Los Pacheco Gastrobar a delicious salad lunch leaving us determined to return. Sunday15th Sept 2024 Entercote Steak medium was my choice, but with over 50% fat and tough to cut certainly a big mistake. Not wanting to complain i struggled on, but it really was dissapointing that led me to complain to a staff member so i could explain my dissatifaction with their STEAK. From personal experience I would certainly not recommend this restaurant. I was served a dish I did not order and was told otherwise: a soup which was essentially warm insipid water with potatoes, sweet corn and stringy chicken. Service was indifferent if not surly by a waitress whose priority was to stand outside vaping. Drinks were seriously overpriced. Other diners may well have a positive experience but...
