Bistro Son Brull — Restaurant in Pollença

I arrived at Son Brull cocktail bar on a lovely summers eve having been reccomended the views and cocktails specifically. I was guided to the table outside with idylic views, and I was eager to try my favourite 'white russian'. To my dismay the drink was presented in a martini glass with no ice. On first appearance it looked like a cafe con leche. I hastily downed it, and thought i would try one more cocktail. A negroni should have been a safe bet, it arrived luke warm with far too much gin and not enough vermouth, further the table nuts were a tad under salted too. We booked a table today for my wife's birthday as we have always wanted to come take a look at this place we drive by everyday on our way home to Pollença. Wow!! great find and so happy we did. The place is amazing in it's own right. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Once we entered the bistro for lunch again we were blown away by the friendliness of the staff and the food was incredible. it's nice to have another great option for dining so close to home and can see ourselves coming back many more times in the near future. a bit of a disapointment, no lamb of pork main on the menu for our Wednesday visit & 2 items required pre ordering, how would we know? 3 waiters offered us drinks, we asked for water and cava, this turned up after the people who came in after us were served there drinks. starters were nice, gazpacho probably the highlight of the meal. my samosas were good too, mellow rice very average, and we sat for 10 minutes without a drink on our table, rose of the house was nice, location lovely, service missing the...
