Absolutely disgusting. Avoid it as if your life depends on it. Firstly, the food is terrible. We ordered the colas; the "chef" reheated the brie and the cracker in the microwave, resulting in a soggy and sad dish. It was overly sweet due to unrealistic proportions of apricot jam. From the moment we entered, we received unfavourable looks and vibes from both waiters, an older woman with white hair and a younger man. The younger man, who served us, showed very little patience. When my wife asked which of the pasta sauces contained the least garlic, he rolled his eyes, making us feel very uncomfortable. The peak of our experience was waiting for our main course, two burgers, for more than one hour. At some point, I inquired about our burgers, and he said they hadn't even started them because they thought we were still eating our first dish (the colas) — we had a bite from each, were disgusted, and hadn't touched them since. For more than an hour, none of the waiters thought to check if we liked the food or if we would like the main course, while we hadn't touched the food. I told him I would have the burger because I was starving, but my wife would pass. Then, he returned with my burger and said my wife's burger was also ready, so she told him she would have it. Then, he stated it had actually been ready and was waiting for more than 10 minutes and that if we had placed the cutlery in a certain way, they would have brought it to us on time. We were shocked — we came to have dinner, not lessons in manners. Where we come from in the UK, we don't follow these sorts of etiquettes. My wife was insulted, telling him she's not going to eat the burger and that after waiting for more than an hour at such a late time, he should have provided better service and checked if we would like our mains. He then spoke rudely to us, saying, "So what, I'm eating dinner at 24...". The experience of this restaurant was very poor. We arrived, a party of nine. Four adults, four children and a toddler requiring a high chair at 8.20pm. We were ignored by what looked like the manager, possible waiter (He was wearing his own clothes so i presume a manager) for five minutes. A member of kitchen staff seated us, he was a very polite man and took all our drinks and starter orders. All food arrived within 30-40 minutes, which is no issue as everything was freshly cooked. Drinks arrived within 10 minutes. What was very poor was that not one member of staff came to ask if we were happy with the quality of the food or to offer anymore drinks. We sat at the table for 1hr 30min with a table full of dirty plates and cutlery. In the end i had to go to the bar to order more drinks and to ask the manager/waiter to clear the table so we could order our main courses. He was extremly rude and rolled his eyes at me and told us that they were closing the kitchen. The table was cleared with a lot of banging and crashing around (obviously not happy having to clear our table and take a food order even though we had waited over an hour) he was rude when taking our order and made us feel like an inconvienence. Bautizamos a nuestra hija en porreras a final de Mayo y nos recomendaron este restaurante. Así que decidimos llamar al restaurante y quedar para hablar en persona, nos dijeron que fuéramos esa misma tarde, así que fuimos, ya ese mismo día nos dimos cuenta de que el dueño Biel estaba como muy nervioso y a la vez muy estresado, el mismo nos dijo que tenía un empleado por baja de maternidad y que el ahora, cubría la cocina también, aún así nos confirmo que tenía libre el día que le pediamos y que esa misma semana nos enviaba por WhatsApp las diferentes opciones de menús. Fueron pasando los días y ese WhatsApp no llegaba, así que decidí llamar y preguntar. Me contestó al teléfono un camarero que me dijo Biel no puede ponerse esta ocupado, pero dejo nota y le llamará lo antes posible, pues lo mismo nunca me llegó a llamar. Así que pasada casi la semana larga decidí volver a llamar y hablar con Biel. Me quedé sorprendida por su respuesta... La cual fue... No, no te he enviado nada aún, porque no he tenido tiempo, mejor búscate otro sitio,porque ahora tengo otro camarero de baja y tengo una feria de comida ecológica y si mejor búscate otro sitio...Le dije que me tenía que haber avisado antes para no perder mi tiempo esperando algo que nunca me iba a enviar... Me quede alucinando y bastante molesta por la mala atención y seriedad de este sitio y más del propio dueño. Decir que no he probado la comida, pero sinceramente, después de esto ni ganas tengo de ir a este sitio y no sé lo recomendaré a nadie.
