I have been to this place three times as I come to Galicia quite frequently to visit family and friends and take them around.
I know this place has an ideal location since they are right next to the entrance, but I have never experienced such awful staff and subpar food in all the places I have eaten in Galicia. You might as well travel a few more minutes to some other local places that have better food for better prices and friendlier staff.
The first two times I went there it took a while for us to be served and food was somewhat ok, but I didn't pay too much attention to it as sometimes people have a bad day or are busy. The third time I went I went with my wife, 1 year old son and in laws. The waiter cleared a table we sat down waited for about 15 minutes. Wasn't even acknowledged the whole time to take our order or even say hello or hand us a menu. 15 Minutes later I hear the owner tell the waiter that they aren't taking any more orders for food. So, he goes to another table tells them they have to leave and then comes to us and tells us the same. I said OK that's fine, but can I at least order a drink and he also tell me no he can't take a drink order not asking for a cocktail just simple Estrella and water.
This place gives Gallegos a bad name simple as that. They need to learn how to be more hospitable as Gallegos...
Read moreExtremely rude service if you have young children. The bathroom doesn’t have a diaper changing station, that's fine (unfortunately it's still quite common), so we changed the diaper on our baby's trolley outside. When we went to throw the used diaper in the bathroom bin one of the waiters said we couldn't throw it out there and that we had to go to the containers outside of the restaurant in the road. We paid our...
