Tapamanía — Restaurant in Puente Genil

This restaurant doesn't deserve any stars but I have to give it one or I can't post the review. It doesn't have a lot of what's listed on the menu, everything we tried to order we were told it was not available today. They also had a blackboard with the specials of the day on it & when we went to order from that we were told it was only for the weekend, although it said "del dia" on the board. My friend has dietary issues due to a severe health condition & tried to explain this to the waiter but it didn't make any difference, nobody seemed to know what food was actually available to order and all the while another waiter was noisily rearranging a lot of chairs, you couldn't hear yourself think. Llevo bastante tiempo siendo cliente de este restaurante, es un buen sitio por la buena comida que ofrece y la gran variedad. La bebida la veo demasiado cara, 2.80€. Aparte de esto, nuestra cuenta fue de 78.50€, en los cuales nos incluyeron 7.14€ extra de IVA, después de haber cobrado 2.80€ cada refresco.

En toda esa diferencia que se lleva el restaurante espero que no incluyan la atención al cliente, que es nefasta, el camarero rapado de tatuajes trabaja sin ganas, llega a nuestra mesa y nos sirve los cubiertos y los platos sin repartirlos, la bebida sin repartirla. Al cabo de un rato, llegó con un sándwich que pedimos un amigo y yo a medias, preguntó para quien era, le respondí que era para nosotros dos y lo soltó en la mesa con fuerza y con desgana. Después al pedir la cuenta, el mismo camarero llegó por detrás nuestra diciendo “Vamooooos” en voz alta, metiendo prisa. No es la primera vez que tengo una mala experiencia con este trabajador del Tapamania. La cuenta no puede ser por separado, puedo entender que no sea por separado cuando la mesa es de diez personas, pero éramos cuatro personas que habíamos pedido un refresco y un plato cada uno y uno para el centro.

La comida tardan mucho tiempo en servirla, los platos para cada uno llegaron antes que el plato para el centro y además no todos al mismo tiempo, el plato de un amigo llegó 15 minutos después que los del resto.
