I don't know how this restaurant can get a 4.2 star in reviews. We came in and broken furniture is offered to sit on, I changed my seat with an empty table and nobody cared. Then we ordered a bottle of rose wine and without any consult we got a bottle of red, because the rose was not available. Then we ordered food, entrees, "tostades" with tomato and cheese and grilled local cheese with green mojo, what we got was some soft bake-off bread with a cuncky ketchup and cheese, shortly grilled and a rubbery cheese in a layer of oil with some green gooey stuff, both not very attractive looking or tasty. For main my girlfriend ordered skewers with pork and beef and they were good looking and tasting. I ordered a steak with "orange" sauce. On my plate came a almost raw (I like it raw/medium, but this was barley cooked) and a yellowish overly sweet sauce with a small hint of oranges. Overall, not a...

The staff is very rude. My desert came with a nice piece of PLASTIC and when I pointed this out to the waitress, she called the chef who I heard yelling from the kitchen: "It doesn't mind, just tell them". The chef came over to our table and instead of apologizing, she said that since she freezes the fruit, while opening one of the containers, it must have broken. I replied I could have choked and she never apologized.

Overall their demeanor was unkind throughout the meal, even before the incident happened. I approached the door to close it since it was chilly and one of the waitress yelled at me, saying we could switch tables but the door must remain open at all times. The terrace seemed to have a nice view and the light was nice there just before sunset. But, as another review pointed out, the service is really German, the German waitress /owner did not really behave like someone in the hospitality industry should, she was distracted and seemed absent and not really polite. Probably it was because she was busy with some customers who were complaining about their wine having impurities or maybe because they were busy that day (not that moment though) during a local festival, but it did not make us want to return.
