Yes, I love Lemos Restaurant.

Here it is: At around 15 years ago I went to the restaurant Lemos with my husband, it was my first visit but never the last. The mains were amazing with caught fresh daily which is reflected in the taste of the food, it was impressive. I can say for certain we have always been happy with the side dish and the service, it was amazing. When my husband and I arrived at the restaurant at 2 o'clock, we didn't even have to wait a minute, our table was already just waiting for us. We were greeted by the owner who gave us a remarkable welcome. It was almost like they were happy to see us. We were seated at the table by the window, and we could appreciate the garden and enjoy the fresh air from outside. The whole place is impeccable clean and smells pleasantly fresh, somewhat making you feel quite comfortable. Although the menu was on the table we didn't have to order, the staff knowledge of the menu and the produce available and they're happy to make an amazing dish for you off-menu. You can appreciate that the whole team is proud of their functions and evermore, they are proud of their food and produces. Firstly we were served local wine and fresh artisan bread, made by local bakers. Continuing with a delicious cod pie with raisins and we continue with the seafood, small crabs and crayfish, all fresh. Arrival at the main course we delight ourselves with an incredible stewed turbot with potatoes, this is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back to the Lemos. I have already eaten many turbot in this style but none like the one they prepare here. We finish the eats and drinks with a delicious variety of desserts of the day, coffees and liquor made by local winemakers.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a charming Galician restaurant that left a lasting impression. The food was exceptional, showcasing the best of traditional Galician cuisine. We started with the Lemos salad, which was fresh and flavourful, a perfect introduction to the meal. However, the real highlight was the squid with rice in black sauce paired with French potatoes—absolutely unique! The squid was tender, and the rich, savory sauce perfectly complemented the dish, making it an unforgettable experience.

What made the visit truly memorable was the service. Despite arriving close to closing time, the staff warmly welcomed us and made sure we felt right at home. To top it off, when we couldn’t find a taxi back to the center, the owner himself kindly offered us a lift, going above and beyond what anyone would expect. This kind of hospitality is rare and truly made our day.

we were a party of 6 celebrating my 70th birthday. we had all eaten at Lemos before and decided it would be ideal to celebrate my bithday. We were not dissapointed thoroughly enjoyable lunch. From the pan de masa madre pan to the birthday fresh fruit and cream tarta to finish off. The food as usual at Lemos is of a high quality and we were o by dissapointed with a number of items we wanted to order were not available such as mejillones y navajas although that was our mistake of having to reserve quite late at 3pm all in all a most enjoyable birthday lunch and am confident we will be back to celebrate my 71st birhday muchas gracias y agur Fernando Nieto vereneando por Galicia y...

Aparentan ser algo que no son. Nada mas llegar, de tres cosas que queriamos comer solo tenian una (curioso que solo les quede el marisco que su precio depende del mercado). De todas formas el problema principal no fue ese sino que la camarera nos dice que nos pone una racion mas grande de empanada y resulta que también nos lo aplica en el precio cobrando mas de lo que ponia la carta. Tambien cobraron un arroz de marisco para 4 cuando lo pedimos para tres (su respuesta es que controlar la cantidad de arroz es muy dificil). Despues solo pedimos dos cafes y nos cobran un tercero (un descuido lo tiene cualquiera, el problema es cuando la jefa te dice que los chupitos que te puso en la mesa sin que se hubieran pedido eran de regalo y podia habernoslo cobrado) es patético no reconocer un error y apaliarlo de esta forma, porque como ella dijo era un "regalo". En fin muy decepcionados. Esta era la segunda vez que ibamos (teniendo en cuenta que la primera vez nos pusieron una merluza más que pasada). Sentimos decir que por muy buena que pueda estar alguna comida, nosotros por la mala atención no volveremos.
