We met the manager/chef, Pablo, while looking at the menu. Although not yet open He personally invited us to the terrace for drinks before the restaurant opened. Once opened we received amazing service from all the staff. In short, we were treated to an amazing meal and made to feel extremely welcome. “Gifts from the kitchen” were amazing-a tempura fish with strawberry aioli followed an Indian croquet. Our first starter was a curry conch (multiple shellfish) that had just enough heat to warm you up. Our main dishes were Asian-Galician fusion dishes with curry chicken, pork, and calamari. We had an outstanding dining experience at this restaurant! They had a special “tasting menu” that day and the food was absolutely divine. From less strong flavors to really strong, they thought about it. What we also really appreciate was that the chef asked us if we would want to have more plates of if we were ok.

Each dish showcased a perfect blend of flavors, and the presentation was top-notch.

I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a delightful culinary adventure. A solid 5/5 stars! And we will come...

Sin lugar a dudas, el mejor restaurante de Redondela.

Desde que realizas la reserva por teléfono (la amabilidad con la que te atienden) hasta el momento en el que entras por la puerta.

Tuvimos la gran suerte de poder cenar en una de nuestras paradas del camino de Santiago, gracias a la recomendación de un amigo que estuvo en el restaurante semanas antes. Cenamos en la terraza y fue increíble. Fuimos tres amigos y desde el primer minuto al sentarnos, todo fue alucinante. Pablo (chef y dueño), estuvo aconsejándonos sobre la carta junto con uno de sus camareros. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento y la atención, como la amabilidad, como el trato, como la simpatía, fueron de diez. Sobre la comida, UNA FANTASÍA. Se siente en todo momento el cariño y el cuidado con lo que realizan los platos. Producto gallego de proximidad. Una autentica locura degustar su carta, junto al vino (como no), que también nos dejamos aconsejar y era gallego.

Gracias Pablo por hacer que nos sintamos en tu casa como en la nuestra. Por dejarnos tomar tranquilamente ese chupito de fin de cena de tequila 1800 en esa terraza maravillosa que tiene el restaurante. Por ayudarnos con las bicis y enseñarnos los recovecos que únicamente lugareños conocen. GRACIAS DE TODO CORAZÓN!

Volveremos a tu casa para poder degustar nuevamente esos platos maravillosos que realizas.
