Sadly disappointing.. the staff seemed to be very busy, but lacked the professionalism to absorb the work, and make you feel welcome.

Being busy is what is good for their business, isn't it? So they should be revelling in their popularity and creating a welcoming, fun atmosphere. Instead we felt like we were an inconvenience.. 😔

Sorry guys. But, in the hospitality trade, you only get one chance.. if people come in and are disappointed.. that's how you are remembered.

Enjoy your popularity, enjoy your success.. the people in your restaurant are the same people that are making you successful. I do wish I could say we had a great meal and were made to feel valued and welcome. But...

We had a reservation for 15:00. We were waiting for over an hour to be seated because they had put other people on our table by mistake and the restaurant was overcrowded.

At 16:15, we finally got our food. I wanted the lentils, but they were out of lentils, so I had to settle for the pork loin. My friend got the beans. Mine was boring and had potatoes from the frozen aisle in any supermarket. My friend liked his, but he said, he has had better.

Then we waited for half an hour after finishing hour food for a waiter to come out, take out plates away, possibly ask us if we want a dessert and for us to ask for the bill. Nobody was coming out, so my friend went inside and asked...

Pedimos tres platos para dos personas: ensalada, huevos rotos y cachopin, más los postres. La ensalada una maravilla, estaba increíble, sin duda la pediría una y otra vez. El cachopin de quesos bueno, no lo volvería a pedir, los quesos que llevaba estaban completamente fundidos por lo que te comías la carne sola, el queso quedaba líquido en el plato según cortabas. Y los huevos rotos son huevos rotos, no tienes más misterio sea donde sea siempre son un acierto. Los postres, el chico nos recomendó dos; uno de queso cheddar con crema Lotus y otro de queso azul con membrillo. El primero estaba muy bueno, cierto es que solo sabía a lotus pero porque el sabor no deja de ser más potente y tapa el resto de cosas que tengan menos intensidad, y de la misma manera pasó con el segundo postre, el queso azul era el único protagonista y la verdad que este no me gustó mucho, tanto sabor a queso azul empalagaba y no soy tan fan del queso azul así que esto es mi opinión. Algo que no me gustó cuando ya habíamos acabado de comer y que creo que estuvo un poco feo es que hubo una pequeña “discursión” entre el camarero más jovencito y la mujer que creo que estaba en cocina, al parecer es un restaurante familiar y el tema era cuestión familiar, pero habiendo clientes fue algo incómodo ya que yo me encontraba en el baño y tuve que pasar por delante de ellos en plena conversación sin saber dónde mirar… Aún así volvería. Me gustó el servicio de camareros muy atentos y educados. El lugar era tranquilo, se aparcaba fácil y tenía...
