Restaurante El Pajar — Restaurant in Ribamontán al Mar

I am living right next to this bar and already came a few times to have drinks at night and I was really happy with the bar. But I decided to come for lunch with my family and as non-spanish good speakers, we had a pretty bad experience. The waitress never asked if everything was well, she dropped our stuff and was running somewhere else without asking if we needed something else, I even asked myself for an other beer which never came. Other than she kept going to see the other tables with spanish guests to make sure everything was fine. Really disappointed and will definitly not come back for lunch as a non spanish girl ! Even thought I am living...

Tengo que volver a editar mi reseña y darle 3 estrellas...el motivo, porque cuando volvimos a las 2 semanas deseando pedir el menú de legumbres coincidiendo el mismo mes, llevé a 4 personas a conocer este restaurante y q sorpresa q la camarera tan maja ya no estaba tan maja...y nos dijo q no se podía pedir el menú de legumbres una persona sino q tenían q ser las 4 personas de la mesa obligando a los demás a comer ese menú y no el menú del día...eso no nos pasó la primera vez cuando cada uno pedimos el menú q quisimos...por otro lado, al volver a ver el papel del menú, resulta q entraba postre y a mí la primera vez q fuí me dijo q no entraba y me quedé sin postre....me sentí super engañada...asi q se queda con 3 estrellas y no con las 5 iniciales ya q hacen lo q les da la gana cuando quieren...

Reseña anterior: Me encantó este restaurante, la comida impresionante!! Nos sentamos en la terraza con nuestro perrito, optamos por menú del día y un menú especial de octubre que era de legumbres para probar los dos menús, el de legumbres nos encantó, plato principal patatas con bogavante, divino!!! Acompañado de paté de langostino y croquetas de cocido, sólo lo tienen en octubre, en noviembre tendrán la temporada de la cabra. Las camareras son majísimas! Muy muy agradable fue comer allí, repetiremos sin dudarlo. En la terraza no puedes reservar, según llegas te sientas o esperas a ver si hay sitio, hay zona para aparcar sin problema, es un restaurante que está en carretera y...

Nice option for lunch around Langre. Price vs. quality is also reasonable. I would recommend to arrive there before 3pm because their kitchen closes at 4pm. On the weekdays there is a good lunch menu for €11.5. On the weekend there is no such an option, but there is still some menu to choose from and they can bring the card in English.
