My partner and I entered the restaurant excited to order the delicious food we had seen posted across their reviews. We had checked the hours before departing and we arrived at the restaurant at 10:15pm on September 3, 2025. Immediately we were dismissed by the waiter, stating that they were closed. She walked away, but we were confused & asked if their hours posted on google were incorrect. She responded by saying no, that she meant to tell us that the tables were all reserved for the night. The food was a culinary masterpiece, each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavors that danced on the palate. What made the experience even more commendable was the affordability, proving that exceptional quality doesn't always have to come with a hefty price tag.
Every aspect of our visit was impeccable, from the attentive service to the cozy atmosphere. It's rare to find a place where everything aligns so perfectly.
A resounding 5 stars for Saona Santa Barbara. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience without...

And for the price, you would expect a little bit more - all of it making Saonas more of a place for a scheduled visit, or when you are in a mood for something uncomplicated. Special occasions or romantic dinners are better...
