This is an outdoor bar, which serves 3 types of empanadas (chicken, beef, cheese), which are very substantial and well priced. It also has some other menu on Sunday, but we didn't try that as we were there on Tuesday. The beer and wine is also very well priced.
The proprietor is super friendly, he speaks as much English as I speak Spanish (roughly de nada), but communication was no issue, and I really liked him.
The location is behind a church, off the main road, and so is actually quiet and peaceful.
I wouldn't say it's a destination you need to try if you are a tourist, but it's a decent place to stop...

Este sitio ha sido de mis favoritos muchos años. Atendido con mimo por sus dueños, con ambiente familiar y muy agradable. Mucha veces tienen grupos y música en directo. Siempre he comido asado argentino en este sitio y empanadas. Normalmente pagas precio por menú que incluye chorizo, morcilla 3 tipos de carne ensalada mixta y de patatas. Creo que se han pasado bastante con el aumento del precio del menú, 20€. Cada mínima empanada que te comes al empezar (esquicitas) te las cobran a 3€, gaseosas a 3€ y helado de Soller la tarrina pequeñita 3€ también. La sorpresa fue cuando nos dicen que la empanada no va incluida y sobre todo que el chorizo y la morcilla nos dieron solo una mitad. Finalmente vas sumando y pague por 1 empanada, medio chorizo, media morcilla las carnes (todos trozos pequeñitos) un boul con ensalada un boul con patatas, 2 coca colas un heladito y un cortado.... 34€ sin la propina. Excesivo para este chiringuito. Una pena, ya que el sitio tiene buenísima onda y ambiente pero yo he pagado esos precios en restaurantes con mantel, aire acondicionado y muchísimo más nivel en todos los aspectos que el chiringuito de Cretax. Se han pasado 10 pueblos con los precios y no es algo que yo solo piense si no todos los comenzales sentimos lo mismo. Los 20€ estarían bien incluyendo chorizo y morcilla entera y la mini empanada que te sirven al principio. Una pena, ya no volveremos más a comer, pero si esta bien si hay conciertos para ir a tomar...

A hidden gem.
This must be the 7th or 8th visit over the last few years and it never disappoints. You just order the grill and over the next couple of hours are served with plates of meat (and a bit of salad) in the grounds of a church. It's really family friendly and busy at the weekend esp Sunday.
They really know how to cook beef though (and sausage). Oh, and...
