Tourist trap to be.... Was advised by different people this was a good place to eat grilled steak. First remark, no credit cards allowed. We all know its 2018, so why has the digital evolution not yet reached this venue.... we all have an idea 😉 Second remark, they just wanted to register an order without showing the menu. Not really handy if you have a cash balance to check without options to use a card. After some talk in Spanish, English and hand signs we received a menu aka plastic card with prices on it. Third remark, when ordering in English the young lady responded in an arrogant way.... Espanyol. We did get an older lady after this enjoyable conversation. She was nice and indeed helped us with ordering the menu. Fourth remark, during ordering we asked her two side dishes frites and salads because we were with four childrens and did not want an overloaded table... End result on the bill..... salades and frites for 8 persons with an extra fee of 50 euro. For two plates of salty fried chips and two plates of tomatoes. Needless to say prices of side dishes were not put on the menu card. Fifth remark, quality of food was ok, but the entrecote was not really of high quality. Taste and texture was not as i expected for a restaurant praised for its meat. All in all disappointed evening with an end bill of 340 euros. Normally i do not mind, but the combination of all these things made me write...

We paid 85 euro with tips for 2 people and that Included a bottle of wine, alioli, olives, fries, steak, chicken and salad. At the end we even got a free homemade hierbas bottle as a courtesy. Will definitely come back here! Oh and be aware that it's a very busy place so make sure you book way...
