Just can't get enough of El Chiringuito Es Cavallet.
The food options were fabulous - starters, we went for burrata, iberico ham and some calamari. All food was melt in your mouth kind of stuff, my particular favourite was the ham which came with small pieces of bread smothered with a tomato paste. The combination was perfect.
Main course, between four people, we shared a few options. We went for the 600g steak (medium cut), grilled chicken with potatoes and crab spaghetti. All the food was perfectly season, with the steak so tender that it didn't even need the sauce they provided with it. All in all, I think it's a good option to order plates and put them in the middle to share. Portions aren't massive, but sampling everything goes down very well.
The desserts were impressive - a chocolate brownie with ice cream and an almond crumble with strawberries and mascarpone cream. The almond crumble is all you need for the summer heat - perfect combination, not too sweet and incredibly refreshing. It's a must try.
This place is very very popular, so if you do go to Ibiza, I would recommend going here for lunch and drinks, after which you can amble on to the beach beds and enjoy sundowners. My rating was pulled to a 4 star because of the cocktails. Would have imagined the cocktails to rival the food, but the two gin-based cocktails I tried (tangerine dream and another one with cucumber, hibiscus and lime) were not really a mix of the ingredients. They were overpowered by two things - the first, cucumber and in the second - carrot. Not the ideal tastes you want when it comes to cocktails with Gin. I'd stay clear of these two cocktails and get a normal Hendricks and tonic, if you...

El Chiringuito Beach Club offers a truly memorable Ibiza experience. From the moment we arrived, the setting was breathtaking—whitewashed elegance nestled on the sands of Es Cavallet, with a relaxed yet refined atmosphere that invites you to unwind.
The food was outstanding. We enjoyed beautifully prepared Mediterranean dishes, with the tuna tartare and black rice standing out as highlights. Cocktails were equally impressive—balanced, refreshing, and served with flair. The drinks menu is extensive, and everything we tried was crafted with care.
What truly elevated our visit, however, was the service. Sasha was an absolute star—warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and her friendly demeanor made us feel genuinely welcome. The rest of the team mirrored this high standard, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable afternoon.
One point worth noting: the cabana menu is priced approximately 20% higher than the standard menu, yet there is no indication of this on the menu itself. While we understand the premium experience of cabana service, clearer communication around pricing would be appreciated and more in line with the otherwise impeccable service standards.
Overall, El Chiringuito is a must-visit for anyone seeking great food, a beautiful setting, and top-tier hospitality. Just a small tweak in menu transparency would make the...
Read moreIf you're looking for a beach club experience in Ibiza, steer clear of El Chiringuito. My recent visit was nothing short of a disaster.
Firstly, the sunloungers were an eyesore. Made of cheap plastic, they looked and felt incredibly uncomfortable. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait a staggering 3 hours for our beach towels. This meant we were left standing around, unable to lie down and enjoy the beach.
The service was abysmal. The staff took forever to take our orders and were incredibly unfriendly. It felt like we were inconveniencing them by simply being there. To add insult to injury, the email we received prior to our visit stated that the beds were included in the minimum spend, but upon arrival, we were informed that we had to pay extra for them. This misleading information left us feeling cheated.
Additionally, the club charges for the use of their showers – 1€ for a measly 30 seconds. This nickel-and-diming is absurd for a supposed high-end beach club. The lack of music added to the dreary atmosphere, making the whole experience feel like a rip-off.
Everything at El Chiringuito was grossly overpriced for the quality and service provided. Save your money and your time – this place is a total waste....
