I had been talking to staff about a reservation one day before and the day we attended I thought I had confirmed the table . We arrived at 7.10pm .i explained I had thought I had confirmed .There were only 4 tables taken in the restaurant we were moved twice to uncomfortable seats outside in the sun - the fixed tables in the restaurant we were told unavailable and they couldn’t give us seats in the shade as they had a table of 10 coming at 9. The restaurant was 70% empty till 8.30 pm and at 9 pm 30% empty . . I had been told any table was only for 2 hours . We had come to eat dinner 3 people our bill was 300 euros - and you couldn’t seat us in a comfortable EMPTY shaded seat and table.Your greeters need much better training in table placement . We asked 3x for a table in the restaurant we were happy to be sat at the back . Tables remained empty for our entire time . Our chairs were low and uncomfortable our table to small for our food . Some of the staff think they are doing the customers a favor being there . . Chicken not great just covered in chilli powder Fish of the day starts at 130 euros ! Water Melon salad...

Beyond perfect, I can't recommend Experimental Beach enough. We loved it so much we came back a second time on our week long trip! The views are spectacular, of course, and EVERYTHING is quality. The food, wine, and craft cocktails are expertly executed, fresh, creative, even by our very selective foodie standards.

The furniture and design are beautiful.

And the service!!! Even in the U.S. I've never had such friendly and attentive service. It's over the top. In the evening the DJ played some great music and I was able to dance at our daybed. The clientele is classy and appreciates the finer things in life.

The only drawback is that the beach itself is big pebbles/rocks, so complicated to get into the water. They have a shower though up the cliff by the beds, so you can cool off easily of needed. The location is totally secluded so no riff raff around you either up the cliff or down on the beach.
