Restaurant Oller — Restaurant in Sant Martí de Centelles

I haven't been this pleasantly surprised by a restaurant in a long, long time. We came across this hidden gem quite by chance while heading back to Barcelona. It's a little out of the way but don't be deceived by its location or initial appearances. The food and service were excellent and, for the price, unbeatable value for money. We had the gyozas and llagostins/prawns for starters, followed by the lomo bago/sirloin and costellam de porc/pork ribs. The home-made carrot cake was really good too! Nice lunch, great service, the place is very nice, easy to park and good for families and kids, the service was very good so the food. Good wine list, specially the recommended. Issue is that we were not very hungry and we share some bites like tartar steak 🥩 that was wonderful, truffle croquetes, salad that was huge, also the bravas that were 🔟....

The place is located close to the beautiful mountains. Has some outdoor space that is closed and protected (with a playground) so you can leave your kids running without any problem.
