Marlin Beach Bar — Restaurant in Sant Pere Pescador

Usually we eat every holiday the paella in this restaurant. The paella is prepared in an really big pan. It can service 80 guests. This time it had to serve 110 guests. So it was not okay, almost only rice with a couple of pair of meat and fish. This was not the plate what we are use to have there and of course we where very disappointed. Especially while we invited friends with the promise that the paella was in the past very good. My recommendation is the next time not serve more than 80 guests. Probably i will visit next year again and it it will be the same experience...

What a hidden gem! A short walk from the road/car park leads to the recently refurbished bar and restaurant. Nestled amongst the dunes it is truly an oasis for kite surfers and holiday makers. Great menu and I especially liked the Marlin Burger, maybe next time I will give a Gorrilla burger a try.

Nous sommes arrivés là bas pour manger à 14h, nous étions 3 (couple avec une enfant) et avons attendu 30 minutes pour avoir une table (ça ne nous a pas tant gêné que ça). Arrivés à table nous avons commandé assez rapidement. Des personnes ont été installé après nous et étaient bien plus nombreuses mais nous voyons qu’on leur servait à manger avant nous. On a été patients, le responsable est venu nous voir et nous lui avons dit que nous attendions encore nos tapas. 1h après le passage du responsable et après avoir vu notre "mécontentements" le serveur vient nous voir et nous averti qu’il a oublié notre commande. Il ne l’avait pas donné en cuisine, nous sommes donc repartis car trop énervés pour attendre encore. Nous sommes partis il était 16h15, nous avons donc passés 2h dans cet endroit pour rien et nous retrouver le ventre vide. Alors certes notre boisson nous a été offerte mais je trouve que ça n’excuse pas cette oubli, sachant que le serveur a été averti plusieurs fois par son responsable afin de faire avancer notre commande … Nous sommes hyper déçus et cela a gâché notre moment.
