No estoy exagerando.

Lemon pie, carrot cake, massini y crema catalana excelentes.

En resumen, ¿se come bien? Si, de aquella manera. Agridulce. Me siento timada.

I went there twice in the last six months, first time on a Sunday, second time on a Monday, both for lunch. The quality of the food and the presentation was always perfect. I like that it's somewhat fancy but not too fancy. The menu is "down to earth", portions are good, too. Service was professional and fast. Someone here in the reviews said staff is a little distant, that may be true compared to Catalan standards but they were still doing their job well,...

The food was delicious, made with love and good local ingredients. We came here two times and were not disappointed. The onion soup and the homemade desserts are must-tries. I particularly liked the dessert with the local cheese, honey, almond and nuts; and as well the cheesecake which comes with ice-cream and apple jam. The farmhouse is also nicely decorated, with a big parking lot, for easy access by car. Staff was very friendly. Overall recommend.

The place is rustic and fancy at the same time. You are treated as in a fine dining place, but the menu is very traditional. My favorite part was the staff, which is young, knowledgeable, and friendly, speaks many languages, and gave me great advices about the menu. Speaking of the menu, it's made of very authentic Catalan dishes, which are cooked with good technique. The crema catalana was top-notch and the best I tried so far in the Girona area.

The food looked very nice, sadly The Hake was raw and cold in the middle. The waitress took it to be reheat and came back with the same plate. I’d really lost my appetite for fish by then. Service was pretty slow, but that could be because we were sat at the end table, I don’t think that should be an excuse though. The prawn dish was very good, but the other two dishes we had were average at best.
