I recently had the pleasure of dining at a remarkable restaurant that was nestled within an old cellar, which I suspect was once a church. The ambiance was magnificent, surrounded by wine barrels that stood taller than three meters. As I entered, I discovered that they offered only a fixed-price menu (€55), to which one could add at least €25 for a bottle of wine. Great restaurant in pleasant natural surroundings. The tasting menu changes each week ( no a la carte), and is fantastic. Attentive staff and an incredible setting surrounded by antique 3000 litre wine casks and an 8.7m vaulted ceiling. How do you say "No" to a tasting menu that has a pre dessert followed by a dessert? Simple.....YOU DON'T!

We had the 7 course tasting menu and we were not disappointed! It was simply devine!

The service was brilliant and they were able to explain the dishes in english and spanish perfectly.

The venue itself is stunny to say the least! Feels like a Lord or Lady of the royal court should be joining us for dinner!
