This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. It's apparent that they are severely understaffed; the waitstaff were literally running from one table to another. Despite their visible efforts, we waited an astonishing 23 minutes just to be handed menus.

That was followed by an exceptionally long wait for our food, even though the restaurant was only half-empty. Our waitress was apologetic about the delays, which was nice of her, but it didn't change the situation. When the food finally arrived, the fries accompanying one of the dishes were completely raw. The waiter took the fries back to the kitchen, leaving the burger behind, and promised new ones shortly. Thirty minutes later, there were still no new fries.

When we asked for the check, we were charged for the full meal, including the raw fries we never received.

Regarding the food itself, while taste is subjective, I must echo a previous comment: the combination simply wasn't working. The prawn ravioli, for example, was inexplicably and extremely sweet. Compared to other restaurants in Mallorca, and indeed restaurants in general, this was one of the worst meals and overall dining experiences I've had.

While the apologetic staff was a small comfort, the way the entire situation was handled was far from professional. I would highly recommend skipping this place. The views and the setting are nice, but they are not worth paying these prices for alone. Save your money and...

Everything was just too perfect. My regrets are: not having coming during sunlight to better better pics of the astonishing view, not having tipped more the amazing service, and not having come earlier to have the opportunity to comeback again in this trip.

The building is amazing, is very well preserved and there is a lot of history built in those walls. This creates a signature atmosphere. There is plenty of nature, pets, and natural light. Everything feels like a movie scene. Super romantic.

The workers make the place. Almost all of our nice experience is due to the amazing service we got. I wished it was a dinner that they could have just sat and enjoyed with us, because the girls were more than sweet. Everytime I would grasp around them coming, just to chit chat with them.

The food is pretty good and pretty reasonable. We had 4 meals, a desert wheel, 6 coffees, 1L of wine, gas water and everything was just around 100€. We were served some free goods in the house, very nice and very tasty. The wine was just awesome, and cheap (7,50 1L). The salad was the best thing we got!!!!

If/whenever I return to this island, is a crime not...

Was really excited for this experience as I got the recommendation from a friend that I will no longer be taking recommendations from. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and you can feel the history. But when it came to the food absolutely not. I decided to get the “truffle” burger that didn’t have any truffle and was extremely disappointed it had a lot of gristle and ruined my appetite by the time I was half way through. The fries were soggy which could have been fixed with a double fry. My friend order the pasta which came in a cardboard box which was wild to me for such a “nice” restaurant it was also a tepid temperature which she did not enjoy. We tried to ask the staff for some salt and Parmesan for it which took about 20 minutes and they seemed upset at the fact she was not enjoying it. From other reviews we decided not to say anything due to the fact the staff already seemed annoyed at the fact she asked for something in addition to her meal. Would not go back especially because we went an hour out of our way to try this restaurant. I will say the tuna tartare was fantastic I loved the...

6:30, there we were, ready to chow down on a nice meal after a long day at the beach and an even longer drive. If you want a picturesque place and have a few hours to kill then this spot is for you. Gorgeous venue, but the food, well, does not match the vibe. The risotto was good, but might’ve been better if it actually came out hot. The vegetarian pita appetizer was very good. The brownie we waited 25 minutes for came out rather dry for something so fresh. Someone in our party ordered the pasta and maybe it’s a local way of making pasta but tasted as if they forgot the egg, and just made it with flour. The burger was….gristly, and despite the advertising came with no truffle. Overall disappointing experience, some things were good, some not so much. We came here off the recommendation of a friend, who needless to say will no longer be taking advice from. We were the first party there so I am hoping this might’ve been a one off as there seems to be a decent amount of good reviews.
