Well, as someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I expect the same level of service I give to the customers, by the employees of a restaurant I visit: to give the customers a 100% positive experience. When we entered the (big and cute) restaurant (that only had 3-4 customers at that time) at about 12:30 with a smile, we were treated with contempt from one of the waiters, we were given only one table as an option to sit(we don’t have to know how the brunch/lunch set up is for every restaurant) and later we asked for a change to not be so close to the kitchen and fortunately we were granted that, but not before the waitress talked about a job issue with the cook who was a few meters away and she was over our table while doing so (we found this impolite and unhygienic).

The food was good(we only ordered two sandwiches since we wanted to leave the unfriendly restaurant).

The other waitress that attended us at the end was great, helpful and smiley!

The place was clean.

I didn’t visit the bathroom so I have no opinion on that and don’t know if there was a baby changing station there. They seemed to have non able bodied people restrooms though.

Anyway, maybe the waitress had a bad day but she ruined our lunch and this was one of the rare occasions we could go eat outside alone, having a small child and few opportunities to go out by ourselves. We should have left immediately and not let that ruin our lunch but we didn’t want to...

Segona valoració amb un any de diferència.

-En una resposta del restaurant es va donar a entendre que jo hauria fet dues ressenyes en poc temps, buscant desacreditar el meu comentari, cosa que és falsa. Podeu visitar el meu perfil per comprobar-ho.-

El local segueix sent genial però el servei avui està sent ineficaç. 20 minuts esperant sense beguda ni res. El preu del menú entre setmana ha pujat 1€ respecte l'any passat, 16'90.

Primers L'arròs sembla igual que fa un any. Descrit com un "plato de batalla" per un colega. L'he tastat i no està gens bo, no sé què ha passat però te un gust desagradable, com a cremat. El salmorejo no mata. Els macarrons carbonara son bons diuen, amb nata, pero bons. L'amanida es molt bona però porta la ceba crua i pica, no li queda bé. De moment lo millor el pa.

Segons L'entrecot al pebre està boníssim (suplement 4'9€). És un escandol. Poc fet, patates fregides naturals, fa oloreta a brasa... El pollastre està bé. L'acompanyament dels segons es veu descuidat, o mongetes o patates i verdura al forn. El bacallà fantàstic, diuen. Els pinxos un desastre, estan extremadament durs, no es poden ni mossegar, cremats d'una cara. Molesta que s'atreveixin a servir quelcom en aquestes condicions.

Postres M'alegro molt d'haver demanat el pastís de formatge sense fruits del bosc. És un xarop industrial. El pastís és de philadelfia, molt justet. La mousse de xocolata fa mal efecte a la vista, no se si m'enteneu. Pujo foto.

En resum, la brasa val molt la pena, per la resta...

We came here for a large family gathering. It was perfect. There is plenty of space and excellent for children too. We all ordered different items, the service was fast, and the food was delicious. You can choose from a 2 course or 3 course menu, both options are excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a simple but good...
