Playa salvaje Sanxenxo Gastrobar — Restaurant in Sanxenxo

Looks nice but we couldn’t eat here. As we arrived, we were first told that all tables were reserved, even though the restaurant was half empty. As the waitress looked around realising it, changed their argument saying the kitchen was about to close.

Update: To the restaurant’s reply “If the kitchen is about to close, how could there be reserved tables?!”, well that would be our question to you. If that was the case, indeed there was no reason to tell us that the restaurant...

We were received by a waitress that didn’t speak any English but somehow we were able to sit. Nobody came for a good 15-20 minutes and we were thinking to leave. Finally they took our order and we had a great dinner. Wild mussels and squids on a bread were fantastic: great balance of flavors and crunchiness. Popped in here for a quick pint on the way to foxes beach . Must say it is a lovely place with lovely staff .
