Más Cosas — Restaurant in Segovia

We had a long wait at the train station and Más Cosas was the perfect place to wait. Service was friendly and food selection was practically everything a typical Spanish café offers. The place was very clean (a negative review must have been noted and fixed) and wifi works. As other reviewers pointed out, the view is fantastic and it is a pleasant place to kill time, especially since going to your scheduled train track is not allowed until it is almost time for the train arrival. The Guiomar station is actually well-organized and the security check is quick precisely because of the way they manage track entry time. Lamentable (Ocurrido día 11 de noviembre de 2019 a las 15:30) Lo de menos es la lentitud, lo peor el servicio, la atención de la camarera y la falta de higiene. Después de esperar más de veinte minutos porque estaba ella sola atendiendo, se corta y pretendía servirnos un café con la taza llena de sangre. Después de decirla que nos cambiase el café, sin limpiarse la sangre y los dedos manchados coge ese mismo café y nos lo pone en otra taza. Para terminar diciendo que con esa cara que teníamos mejor no nos atiende, que nos vayamos. Pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones y no nos la facilita, se va del local y no vuelve. Todo ello con una falta de respeto absoluta y con voces. Entre medias ya había echado a otros clientes con voces diciéndoles que se apartaran y esperarán de muy malas maneras. Evidentemente la falta de higiene y atención son los factores predominantes....
