This is the hugest micro brewery in Catalonia. It is a great opportunity to understand how such a business works.

They do not only offer a visit to the installations; but they also offer a beer tast with many different types of beers. They explain beer's history and composition during the test in a very friendly way...Althought after a few beers it's difficult to follow the speech ;) Beers are served along with the typical "Pa amb tomàquet" (typical catalan recipe consisting of bread and spread fresh tomato) and local cured meats.

Came for the guided tour. You get a beefy explanation on the different types of beer, and how they achieve the different flavours and varieties. There's also a tasting of very interesting and unique beers with the chance to buy off seasonal bottles and exclusives.

La cervesa artesana Montseny ja era una de les meves favorites d'entre els milers de cerveses artesanes que hi ha a Catalunya i a la resta de l'Estat Espanyol. Però després d'haver descobert l'espai que tenen a la fàbrica per degustar bon menjar, en un bon ambient, amb una bona musica, amb un servei exemplar, a bon preu i amb música en directe de tant en tant, puc dir que he trobat una petita porció del paradís. Si existeix, aquí saben el que és i com fer-t'hi gaudir com si ho fossis. Vam sopar tard un dissabte abans de festes amb un grup (al tanto) de 22 persones amb reserva i demanant els plats principals prèviament i, allà on a d'altres llocs de la zona no van acceptar-ho (no exagero si dic que ho vam intentar en 15 llocs diferents) a la Cervesera Montseny no ens van posar cap problema.
