Calatrava — Restaurant in Tabernas

This place is on the main road and is not a bad place we had problems at first with being given keys to unprepared rooms but that got sorted out ok rooms are basic but functional. if the bar/restaurant was rowdy then its possible that some of the rooms would be affected so choose them accordingly, we had no such problem but worth planning in case. The guy booking us in was quite hard pressed at the time as he was multitasking doing the bar and checking in but he did his best. We ate in the restaurant and had good food and good service so no problems. There was a good atmosphere in the bar and restaurant and we had a great evening there....

Fui con mi amiga y mi hijo con una oferta para el minihollywood, llegamos y nos atendieron en el bar la misma señorita que atendía mesas, iba a la barra y pasaba a sacar platos de la cocina. Con un "ahora vengo" sin mirarnos ni siquiera a la cara nos recibió. Esta chica morena alta y delgada, nos indicó la habitación, la cual me pareció muy espaciosa con patio, 2 televisiones, aire acondicionado un ventilador, bañera, vestidor Y nevera...muy bien, la verdad. Bajamos a cenar, y esta misma chica ausente de sonrisa nos atendió para mi gusto bastante mal, ya que he trabajado en hostelería y se de lo que hablo. Le pedíamos por favor la bebida y nos ignoraba pasando de largo y al rato nos traía lo que minutos antes nos había ignorado. Pedi un plato de 12 euros que llevaba patata, huevo y jamón ibérico....las patatas eran de bolsa congeladas y el jamón era de todo menos ibérico. Los nuggets que pedi para mi hijo sabían a pescado. Por último un solomillo que compartí con mi amiga era lo unico pasable. En definitiva no disfruté la cena ni por la calidad ni mucho menos por el trato y pague 33 euros a disgusto. Al día siguiente en el Bufet libre nada más bajar no había tazas, ni platos, ni mantequilla,bastante descontrol. Los trabajadores que me encontré por la mañana muy amables, respondían muy bien. Con esto quiero decir que quizá esa chica que nos atendió para mi gusto tan mal, tenga esa seriedad o falta de empatía con el cliente por verse saturada por el trabajo o por falta de personal. Pero deberían cuidar a quien va de vacaciones feliz a sus instalaciones y quizá va gastarse mucho más dinero allí si el trato es cordial y amigable.||Volvería al hotel pero no al...
