Hostal Jaumet — Restaurant in Torà

We had to stop there because our other two options were closed due to vacations. (February). Place has good service and decent food but will not stop there again. Food is on the expensive side, specially the menu 25€ for what you get. I did find a fantastic wine and that was a surprise (picture below) but this is definitely a one time visit, if hungry stop if not keep going. Burger was supposed to be Angus and I asked for it seared, they brought it fully cooked and hard to bite. Nice try but did not work. We also got charged for bread service which we didn't request, they did fix it at the end but we were wondering why the tab so high for what we got. I feel bad for them as the service was great...

Servei pèssim. Mal tracte i mal humor des del primer moment per part de la propietaria. Ens han cobrat preu de dos menus quan el preu de carta era inferior. Quan ens hem queixat, encara ens ha faltat el respecte. Sense comentaris. No hi aneu. Lamentable

Aquesta és la segona de la ressenya, responent a la propietaria: A part de que vam trucar per avisar que arribavem 15 minuts tard (i no 30...), al menjador també hi havia una altre familia que va arribar més tard que nosaltres i a qui també vau cobrar malament la compte... Per a que vegi la meva honestidat diré qu el menjar era bo, però no tant per pagar 80 Eur per un menú. El que ens va saber més greu de tot va ser la seva mala educació i males maneres. Als clients se.ls ha de tractar amb bona educació, sobretot quan nosaltres ho vam fer. Sé que ja no vam ser tant simpàtics quan vostè va començar a faltar al respecte... , però vam perdre la paciència ja que ni tant sols ens va preguntar què no anava bé...En fi, no vull entrar en cap discussió. Només vull fer public el mal tracte rebut per part de vostè (cal dir que les altres cambreres eren ben simpàtiques). Molta sort en fer continuar el negoci,...
