Wow. Seriously disappointing. Went out for our 15th wedding anniversary expecting something fancy. Starters (prawn tartar, BBQ aubergine (which was served cold!) and BBQ moules) were almost inedible, excluding the moules, which were, well, moules. Main of cod was really good, but the fish of the day, turbot, came to the table looking like the seagulls had attempted to de-bone it. The seagulls failed. Miserably. After fighting my way through the bones, I had the happy surprise of being charged €30 for my efforts. Desserts: don't ask. Irish coffee : ok Tia Maria coffee : got a glass of Tia Maria. Reminded the very apologetic waitress that it was supposed to be a Tia Maria coffee. Tia Maria got taken away, and an espresso coffee came in its place. Great. €150 Bill for one edible main...
Read moreOne word: amazing! The setting is beautiful, by the sea. The food was an absolute delight! We went twice, had both fish and meat on the BBQ, great seasoning and tasty! The starters are very tasty too. All fresh, and different to your usual. Great choice of wines to go with this too. And to top it off amazing staff!
