Casa Felix is the place to eat Calçotes, a renowned catalan delicacy, these are a crossbreed between a spring onion and Leek. Its only available from October till February. Its made on a Bbq or open fire, you have to peel the outer layers off so you can eat the inside which is very juicy and good from taste. You combine it with salsa the romesco where you dip it in. Fun fact it is served on a roof tile.
For the people who dont want to eat this adventure you have very good sirloon steak with bone attached to it, this gives more flavour to the meat.

Fuimos en total nueve personas a comer al restaurante por su reputación en cuanto a las calçotades.

Para ser por muchos el mejor sitio de calçots, me dejó desconsolado averiguar que no saben separar grupos de calçots por tamaño al cocinarlos, saliendo los más gordos crudos, eso si, con mucha rapidez y una salsa romescu trabajada.
Llegando la parrillada todo muy correcto, junto a 3 platos pequeños de pan, tomates y ajos... para 9... Solo pedimos para repetir de la parrillada costillas y a poder ser algo de pan. Cual es nuestra sorpresa cuando nos traen, para 9, 3 tristes costillas y un pequeño medallón de 5cm si llega, aparte de 2 trozos de pan y restos, si, restos de "coscorrón" y medio tomate. Indignante.
Seguimos nuestra comida con el postre, decente, y una copa de cava que tuvimos que reclamar 3 veces. Aparte de la falta de coordinación de sala poco más hay que añadir.
A la hora de pagar preguntamos sobre pagar por partes, y aquí es donde llega el problema, nos cobró amablemente una chica, pero se equivocó, no cobrando el IVA. Cuando ya estábamos listos para marchar, su encargada de muy malas formas, nos indicó que teníamos que pagar individualmente el IVA, y volviéndose a equivocar, para de nuevo de malas formas, insistirme en que tenía que pagar la parte restante errónea, hasta que se percató de su error contando mal.
Una triste experiencia en un sitio con mucho potencial.
PD: Como sugerencia pongan el IVA ya incluido y mejoren la comunicación en sala. Y si además reparten 9 libretitas del local como targeta en vez de 4 para 9 personas, sería...

We've eaten at Casa Felix a handful of times and we got them to cater for our wedding in Deltebre. All the way in the lead up, their team was fantastic and Laura explained everything clearly to us ahead of our big day. Then, on the wedding day itself, they cooked excellent food and ensured we had the best day! The apertivos were fantastic and the best we've had at a wedding, whilst the table set up was beautiful. They kept the vermouth flowing and we had a great party. Compliments the chef and to the team at Casa Felix....
