This is by far the most amazing restaurant! The food is delicious, and the service exceeds every expectation. We were on a 2 week trip and on our 4th day we came to eat here. The meat was so good we decised to come back 6 days later. The second time our meat came out not like we asked it to be. The chef came out of the kitchen and politely asked what the problem was. He told us he would make it again. 5 minutes later a free appetizer showed up for the wait. The chef brought us the new meat and it was perfect, just like the first time we visited. Dissabte 17 d'agost de 2024. Seguint les bones referències dels local guides de google, decidim sopar de tapes en aquest establiment. Una antiga llicoreria convertida en restaurant. Sense perdre l'ànima i fesomia de llicoreria, l'han transformat en un espai gastronòmic espectacular. Elements de l'antiga llicoreria decoren tots els espais i racons. Taules i cadires en ferro i fusta ben integrats en l'entorn, il·luminació, i decoració amb molt de gust per sentir-te còmode durant tota l'estada i gaudir de l'experiència. Un proposta de plats molt variats i ben presentats amb sabors convinats espectaculars. Demanem Croquetes de pernil, Croquetes pollastre i Croquetes de calçots. Presentació de 10 i totes molt bones, les de pernil les millors. Ceviche de corball, molt bona convinacio de sabors i presentació que convida a gaudir del plat. Steak tàrtar, potser l'hi faltava un punt de fred, però també la convinació amb els encurtits i el pa torrat brutal. Pa de nulles amb tomàquet, no deixa de ser pa, però acabat de fer i el cruixent de la crosta, sucat amb tomàquet, l'oli i la sal d'escates el va fer especialment bo. Camembert amb trufa fos al forn de brasa, acompanyat amb unes fines làmines de "pa" com torradetes, el formatge fos bo, però vaig trobar a faltar la trufa. The food's great but the atmosphere of the place is fantastic, a jewel to find this in Valls and well worth the detour to eat here. This building belonged to the local Mallorqui brand of Anisette or Anis liqueur that finally stopped production in 2001. Instead of gutting the building, they've maintained many elements from the factory and kept the industrial feel whilst reconverting it as a modern restaurant.
