Pizzeria Vistamare — Restaurant in Vandellòs i l'Hospitalet de l'Infant

Restaurant review only!! As a group of 8 including 1 vegetarian, 3 teenagers, 2 people who don’t eat fish, We picked this place as there should have had something for everyone but was pretty shocking and well overpriced for what it was 2 adults shared a toast with fresh tomato starter then 1 had steak and the other had duck I had garlic prawns for starter then tagliatelle carbonara My partner had sole My son had steak The 3 teenagers had pizza

So the first to arrive was the toast and tomato and pizza all together. 23 mins later when all the pizza and the first starter was finished the 2 steaks arrived and the sole 5 mins after that my prawns STARTER arrived Another 18 mins later during which time I ate my starter and one member of the group sat looking at everyone else eat, the mains were finished and I had now finished my prawns but still had my dish with the remaining garlic oil in it in front of me the final 2 mains, the duck and my pasta arrived

The steaks where almost £30 and where only about 1/3 edible as 2/3 was fat and my pasta was about an inch wide so was more like eating strips of lasagne with a scraping of sauce so almost dry and almost inedible.

To say we were not happy with an overpriced unenjoyable meal would be an understatement.

However I always like to give a fair review so I’ll finish on a good note. All 3 of the teenagers said the pizza was good, the beer was nice and the views were lovely from the window, the staff were friendly and if we had all ordered pizza with no starters we would probably have had a...

0 stars would be more appropriate for this place. 1/2 hour wait for drinks besides plenty of staff that obviously strolled around like headless chickens during a funeral. The lasaña looked like something a cat had thrown up after not being able to digest it. We were attracted by the position on the sea front but left during the laughs from the adjoining tables as they witnessed the slush i had been served. During these dificult times I defineately dont enjoy making these comments but someone has too, and places like this do nothing more than give a sour taste in the mouth of clients and show the worst possible image of the hospitality...

When I arrived, they told me that there was a reservation and that I absolutely could not sit at the front tables, even though they were all empty. The waiters are definitely not competent. They have been working here for years but are not efficient. Only a young waitress working in the cafeteria section was wonderful; she gave excellent service, was attentive, and very polite.
