A small but beautifully crafted menu. Each dish we chose featured something totally unique, making it an exciting place to dine. The innovative autumn salad included an eclectic mix of elements such as mandarins, goat's cheese and quince. The delicious pumpkin 'ajo blanco' enjoyed an array of garnishes that really embellished both flavour and texture. Our third starter featured crispy rye toast loaded with flavourful home-smoked salmon rillettes. As the main course, we both chose the pomfret fillet - which was perfectly seasoned and so well cooked that it almost melted in the mouth - served with sweet potato mash, peppers and fennel plus a generous side dish of confit potatoes. Although the desserts sounded delicious, we were just too full to have been able to do them justice! A fabulous meal - near Michelin standard in my humble opinion - with a sensational view thrown in at an affordable price. Oh, and Åse, the delightful hostess, was the cherry on the cake, making up for the slightly...

Restaurant Patria is a hidden gem situated in a quiet village — slightly off the beaten track, yet easily accessible. The fact that a reservation is usually required speaks volumes about the quality of the food in this charming setting. We started with a ceviche of local tuna with passion fruit, chili, and cilantro , and goat cheese & spinach croquettes with red alioli. A complementary dish of thinly sliced sweet potato was an unexpected but delightful touch. For the main course, we enjoyed the special of the day — slow-roasted leg of lamb served with roasted courgettes, tomatoes, sliced potatoes, aubergine, and peppers. Every dish was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Everything was simply amazing — accompanied by a lovely local red wine and irresistible home-baked bread. We’ll definitely return on our next visit to the area. Highly...

A true culinary gem in a stunning setting! 🌅 From the very first glance, you can tell that every dish here is crafted with passion and perfection. The crispy bites with a touch of creamy sauce, the tender meat with homemade jus, and the fresh fish fillet with vibrant vegetables – every plate is a masterpiece of flavor and presentation.

The highlights for me were the fresh prawns 🍤 with aromatic herbs, the perfectly grilled steak 🥩 with crispy sides, and the flavorful dessert with a crunchy topping – the perfect ending to an extraordinary dinner.

Everything here is just spot-on: the quality of the ingredients, the creative presentation, and the warm atmosphere. Whether fish or meat, every dish is an unforgettable taste experience. For me, it’s a...

We’ve been looking for a restaurant close to our hotel and found that little hidden secret with super tasty food on the menu. The waiters were friendly and fast. Even though, we don’t speak Spanish, we managed to tell them what we want in English. Scanning the QR code on the table will also provide access to an English menu. We’ve been sitting in the garden, but all the other places were looking nice as well. After the sunset, there was a little wind chill that came unexpected after the hot day temperatures. You might want to take a little hanger/sweater with you just in case. All in all a lovely place with good food and wine. Go for it! You won’t regret it. :-)
