What a great little place, just off the main road to/from Vilaflor guaranteed to fuel you up for the next challenge. The food was very authentic and there were nice views from the terrace. Inside is massive and I am thinking very popular on chilly days. I had to decline the free shot at the end unfortunately - the downside of driving! Mala experiencia. Entramos al restaurante junto con mi pareja y un amigo para poder almorzar, nos atendió una camarera con muy mal trato, de muy mala manera nos tomó el pedido, hizo cara de desprecio y gestos malos cuando le consultamos por un platillo dentro de la carta, incluso cuando entraban mesas nuevas (turistas) los recibía de muy mala manera. Luego de un rato intentando tomarnos el pedido, decidimos dejar el lugar e irnos, para lo cual ella nos dice en un tono poco agradable “este es el único restaurante abierto en la zona” (que por lo cierto, no es verdad). Nos dio mucha lástima la situación, ya que queríamos comer algo y lamentablemente no se pudo degustar ningún platillo debido a la mala atención y poco profesionalismo de la camarera.

Entiendo totalmente que el rubro es desgastante y agotador, pero si no tienes las habilidades suficientes para saber atender bien a una mesa, simplemente no...

Das Restaurant ist in meinem Wandergebiet von Ifonche und wenn immer ich meine Runden drehe kehre ich ein. Der Service ist freundlich, schnell und nicht aufdringlich. Meistens gönne ich mir ein Süppchen mit Kichererbsen einfach umwerfend, mein Kumpel liebt das Schweinefillet und ich komme am leckeren Kotlett nicht vorbei. Gegrillt wird mit Holzkohle, die beliebten Papas arrugadas, reisen nicht vom Festland zum Tisch und sind von lokalen Bauern. Ein Muss sind die Fritten, die werden noch von Hand gespitzt und sind keine Ware aus dem Großmarkt. Die Fritten sind einfach göttlich, der Geschmack einmalig anders, ich liebe diese unregelmäßig geschnittenen Dinger. Wer Mojo mag findet die kanarische Sauce sicher ausgezeichnet, die Rote hat es in sich, aufpassen hat eine gute Schärfe. Lasst Euch überraschen.
