Lunch is spectacular, but it needs to be said that their wedding-'service' is an absolute disgrace!

We were supposed to get married, had a date and then their 'account manager' got confused about the date. Instead of contacting us immediately, she let it be, booked another wedding on that date, and blamed us for miscommunication during our appointment.

We only got a 'sorry' out of it. Let me tell you, there were a couple of guests from abroad that couldn't attend, because of this mistake, that La Cucanya made. Then, even though we discussed and confirmed it, suddenly our room wasn't available anymore. What?!

The girl told us that she could show us another room for that day. Although, we were angry, we let her show us that room. At that moment, there was a dog in the particular room peeing ALL over the place. Disgusting!

Then, Covid happened and my mother passed away. With all the restrictions AND my mom not being here anymore, cancelling was our only option. You would think that event places have some kind of policy in these extreme circumstances? Instead, they acted like robots: we are sorry, but we can't do anything, except reschedule!?

In the end, they cashed their EUR 1500 in deposit and just didn't give a damn.

We stumbled upon an amazing find! The moment we pulled up, the restaurant's charm was undeniable. While reservations are recommended, the staff warmly welcomed us despite not having one. They were incredibly accommodating and eager to ensure a wonderful experience.

The views from the restaurant were simply magnificent, but the food truly stole the show. We dove into the ceviche, stuffed artichoke, and grilled bonito, each dish more delicious than the next. Restaurant situat en un lloc magnífic amb unes vistes al mar veritablement fantàstiques. Disposen de diferents menjadors tant interiors com exteriors. Entorn molt ben cuidat.

Vaig anar amb unes expectatives bastant altes, ja que farà uns anys vaig menjar prou bé, i la combinació de l'entorn amb un bon àpat i bona companyia, és se'ns dubte una experiència esplèndida. Malauradament aquest cop no ho ha estat així, i no per l'entorn ni per la companyia. Potser vàrem tenir mala sort i vull pensar que aquell dia la cuina va tenir algun problema. M'explicaré. Els entrants correctes (calamars romana, seitons fregits i croquetes de peix), els postres també, malgrat que no acabo d'entendre que tots ells tinguin el mateix preu (7,5€) ja que tenen elaboracions i ingredients diferents. El problema va estar amb els dos arrossos que vàrem demanar, un de gamba vermella i l'altre de llamàntol. Amb un restaurant d'aquest nivell de preus (24,50 i 28€ respectivament cada arròs), els plats han de sortir perfectes tant el punt de cocció, com el sabor i la quantitat i no va ser així en cap dels dos casos. Arròs insípid i quantitat justeta. Realment és una pena quan vols tenir una bona experiència gastronómica i el preu que pagues no s'ho val. De tota manera torno a dir que si milloren els arrossos, evidentment no vàrem provar tots els plats, i ajusten els preus a la baixa, tenen les condicions per ser un restaurant magnífic en tots...
