Burger King — Restaurant in Zaragoza

I WAS SERVED A BURGER THAT HAD BEEN RETURNED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!!!!!

Staff at this burger king decided to serve me a long nacho burger which had been opened up and then returned by another customer.

I attended this burger king 2 days ago at around 8.30pm, while the world cup football match was on.

While I was queuing up to place my order I saw a chap go to the front of the queue with an open burger (opened up witht the bun open so the inside was visible) and complain that he had ordered a long chicken burger but was given the wrong product, a long nacho burger.

Staff took this burger back, wrapped it closed and gave the man a long chicken burger. A few minutes later I placed my order for 2 long nacho burger meals and 2 long chicken burger meals. I noted that the person in the queue in front of me had not ordered a long nacho burger.

After a total of maybe 5 minutes waiting, after I was given my tray, I noticed the same burger which had been returned by the other customer maybe 8 or 9 minutes earlier had been given to me.

I didnt touch my tray and while it was still sat on the counter I said to the member of staff serving me 'this burger is a customer return' and she just said, 'yes' and then I suppose because I just stood there staring at her face in astonishment she requested the kitchen staff make me a new burger which I had to wait another few minutes for.

There was no apology.

I was shocked that this could happen at a burger king.

I must startvby saying that my first impression was bad the floors were very dirty . I nearly left without buying but because I haven't reviewed this new restaurant yet I stayed . There didn't seem to be any reasonable excuse for the dirty floors as there was only 3 tables with people and at least 4 staff that I could see . There was 3 tables that had rubbish on too . The table next to me stayed dirty the whole time i was there . Even though a staff member gave a half hearted attempt at cleaning , she left the table dirty walking passed it and the flies enjoying there free meal . I was surprised to find the toilets clean although the soap dispenser did not work . But it was clean ! The ladies too my wife informed me. The play area is small but kept my 5 year old entertained. The coke machine run out of coke syrup but was corrected quickly . And although they had no toy for the kids meal (so annoying to explain to my kid ) they did there best to cheer my daughter up and have her a cartoon cup which she liked . The food was good fresh and put together well and wraped well too . So I would recommend that the staff clean the floors better and be quicker to clear tables . If you want a 5 star 🌟 🤩 ✨ ..... ps in response to the response. I have the application ofcorse for a long time too . How about say you are sorry and try give a 5...

Es un burger King que ahora ha quedado un poco aislado por la situación del centro comercial y que frecuento cuando hago viaje a Madrid pq pongo gasolina en el Bon Área.

A nivel de comida, servicio, etc ... todo ok pero es un Burger pensado para el verano pq la mayoría de mesas están en el exterior y hay poca capacidad de mesas en el interior.

Cuando hay mucho niño (como estos días de fiesta de navidad), más que un burger parece una guardería.

La puerta corredera tiene rota la cortina de aire (o no está instalada) y hace mucho frío en las mesas que dan espalda a la puerta. Deberían solucionarlo para invierno.

Y el encargado de la barra van tan a saco para sacarse la cola de encima que atiende tan rápido que prescinde del código de barras para imputar los puntos. No es mi caso aislado y la disconformidad con las 2 estrellas sino que lo ha hecho con todos los que había en la cola y además sin disculparse.

Luego cuando le he dado la encuesta rellenada a cambio del café se ha puesto de mal rollo y me ha servido de mala gana. El café derramado en su zona de trabajo, más leche que café, ..

Y sobre el menú las patatas si te las comes al final, después de la burguer, se quedan frías, duras y pastosas (son de puré de patata) y son desagradables. Las mías las he tenido que tirar. Lo compensan con buena cantidad pero son incomestibles. Creo que desde Marzo han cambiado de proveedor de patatas y para mí han ido a peor.
