I recently visited your store, and I was disappointed with the service I received. When I approached the cashier, who was a trainee, I was informed that an offer was no longer available, even though it had been advertised. I was then told to place my order at the counter without any further assistance. It's took almost 45 minutes. It was clear that the staff were new and lacked proper training. The overall customer service was very poor — no one attended to customer requests, and we were left standing in line without any guidance or acknowledgment. This kind of experience is frustrating and discouraging for customers.

Newly opened Pizza outlet in Arayampathy. I received a excellent service here. Customer friendly staffs assist and suggest you to select your order. The preparation time was minimal. Good ambiance was maintained with adequate air conditioning. I tried Meaty Melts and chocolate calzone and both were delicious. Melt was topped with mouthful of meat pieces and the dip they’d provided was tangy and spicy. One of the best calzone I’ve ever tried! Stuffed with chocolate and topped with caramel sauce on a pastry crust. I’d have more happy if they added some more chocolate inside. So yummy 🤘🏽I personally recommend trying...
