Had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to collect a horrible cheese kottu and fried rice!!!

Wanted to order a large cheese kottu and fried rice and I gave a call beforehand to place the order as I was in a hurry. I was told the order would be ready within 15 minutes and to collect the order after 15 minutes. When I arrived there it was already past 20 minutes since then but my order was not ready. The cashier told me to wait a little longer as my order was getting ready but I had to wait 1 hour to collect my order! I had to ask 3 4 times when is my order ready but every time cashier told me to wait a little longer. The last time I asked that the cashier told me to cancel my order in a rude manner. I felt like he wasn't even apologetic about the situation and made me feel like I was at the wrong for asking for the order I paid for.

But the worst part about the whole incident was the food! It was horrible! The portion was too small and it tasted awful. It was so obvious they made my order in a hurry.

I would never try this place again wouldn't recommend to anyone. If only I could remove the only star I gave for...

We very much like to visit here coz of traveling convenience and the facility of using cards for payment. Still there's no cost lesson bar to pay by cash near Fort area. Al card payable bars are high end ones and its useless if you are a regular drinker with buds. This place have their own liquor and sell at bar prices. But its reasonable. They also have a variety of bites. Fried chicken with their kochchi sambol is one of our favorites. Waiters are very friendly and don't fuzz if you ask them to parcel excess bites. My go to place for Chinese. For the longest of times have been on the lookout for a good Chinese restaurant closer to Moratuwa my hometown. Now my search is over. King Prawn restaurant Mount Lavinia is my no 1 choice always. Easily accessible, friendly staff and more than anything the amazing food will tantalize your taste buds. Will recommend you guys always....
