Pizza Hut Mattakuliya — Restaurant in Colombo

Today, 27.08.24 bought pizza from this outlet as it was "Pizza Hut DON'T COOK TUESDAY! Buy 1 Large Pan Pizza & Get 1 FREE Delight Large Pan Pizza". First, they informed that the Free delight large Pizza is out of stock and agreed to offer 2 medium pizza free,great till then. Further, when i request to suggest a spicy less pizza as i have a 4 years old kid. the billing person said that he is adding extra cheese to the 2 free medium pizzas (which cost an extra 600) as this will make the pizza less spicier. Finally paid and reached home happily. After tasting the medium free pizza box, we found that the extra cheese was not added at all, for which I paid an extra 600, and the worst part is it was spicier even to the grown ups. I'm really disappointed. Adding some photos of the pizza, which was supposed to be with extra cheese. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong, and please tell me that the extra cheese added pizza will look like the pictures I'm...

The service is extremely slow here. I came to order a large pan pizza. At the counter, they said it will take 1.5 hours. They are saying this for every customers without a single care on the customers.

This is relatively a small Pizza Hut and the tables are almost empty with only about 20% occupancy.

What’s the point of having empty tables and a place like this if the order will take more than 1.5 hours.

Overall, it's a fantastic experience, but I've observed that the staff could be more welcoming and attentive when taking orders.
