I called Pizza Hut yesterday 29/7/2024 to place an order at 6pm. There was an issue with getting my half and half toppings. Then the guy checked with a ‘manager’ and said that we can get it, this was after about 15 mins on call and just before the order was confirmed the call disconnected for some reason. Then I called from my number 771326119 and I had to spend another 10-15 mins telling this new guy that the toppings issue was already discussed and the call dropped so to confirm the order and send it. Order was placed and then we ended the call. I get a call back 15 mins later from Pizza Hut to say that the order can’t be sent cuz the outlet can’t do it??! This was now about 1 hour in total and I was furious, no Pizza, not even the order placed when the policy is to deliver in 30! What a joke! I requested to raise a formal complaint and speak to a manager or complaint handler. He then went to speak to a ‘manager’ again and I spoke with Rezan or Reezan or someone who apologized for the delay that was already caused and he’ll confirm the order and send it asap, ASAP. It was now 8pm, 2 hours after, I called Pizza Hut, they said my order has been cancelled!? It’s been 2 god damn hours!! I requested for another formal complaint and requested for compensation for wasting my time! My order was finally on the way to me, 2+ hours after.

I called back today because I missed a call from them. Despite the whole mess yesterday and me specifically asking to raise a formal complaint, the call handler today had no clue about it and wanted me to repeat all these once again! Means they lied to me yesterday when they said they raised a formal complaint on behalf of me!
