Pizza Hut - Panadura 01 — Restaurant in Sri Lanka

Had the worst version of the flavour trip pizzas we've had so far. We'd tried the teriyaki flavour at 2 pizza huts already and wanted to try the Korean chicken and the middle eastern flavours.

There was barely any chicken on either of the pizzas. Very uneven distribution. Looked nothing like what is advertised. The Korean chicken pizzas had maybe 3 proper pieces of chicken and the middle eastern one was so absurdly peppery instead of the flavour that's being described on all the advertisements (we will have to retry these at another pizza hut to verify this though)

The place is tiny but that's not the issue, it's just that it's arranged in a not so cozy way. Just rickety furniture that's overcrowding the available space.

The staff was also quite a little slow I would say... We got the wrong drink after waiting over 15 minutes just for a tiny bottle of coke. Got a sprite instead. Didn't wanna change it again for an additional time to be spent.

Asked for a lava cake and the girl just stood around for a good few minutes before even going to the back to return and say they'd run out. And even when the place was nearly empty we had someone pop in to kind of gently urge us to wrap up (we were playing a board game while eating but we were definitely not taking up space when people were waiting around for us since it was nearly empty at the time)

Definitely not the best pizza hut...

I recently visited this store and, unfortunately, my experience at the checkout counter was disappointing. After selecting several items, my total bill came to just over Rs. 8,000. When I handed over the cash, the cashier asked us to wait, stating they needed to find change. We waited patiently for nearly 10 minutes, assuming they were genuinely short on smaller denominations. However, it became evident that the change was available all along. Only when we firmly mentioned our intention to cancel the purchase due to the delay did they promptly provide the required change. This behavior gave the impression that our time and patience were not valued, leaving us with a negative impression of the service.

That said, the store itself offers a decent variety of products, and the overall shopping environment is fairly organized. Parking is available, but space is limited—enough for only a few vehicles—so finding a spot can be hit or miss depending on the time of day. A major drawback is the lack of wheelchair accessibility, which is a significant concern for elderly or differently-abled shoppers. While there are some seating options inside, they are minimal and not particularly comfortable for those who may need to rest during...

I am very impressed with the service given by the Pizza Hut - Panadura and Swarapola Sri Lanka locations as an Employee of the same International chain of restaurant.

The Swarapola Store Management contacted my sister, who lives in JKH Scheme, Pinwatta, Panadura. They informed her that they could ask the Call center to transfer the order to Panadura, Sri Lanka Location. As promised, In coordinate with the Management from both Stores and the Call center, the Staff sorted everything out very efficiently and promptly. And she had received the Pizza, ten minutes before the time which I requested. I saw the Pizza thru the Whatsapp, and it has made very beautifully with good enough cheese and toppings.
